Below are a list of the important forms and links from this past summer. Access to several of the forms and to the Nashoba North newsletter, Smoke Signals, is limited to enrolled families as are documents with a * next to them. They require a password for access. If you are an enrolled family and do not have the password please email us at nashobafun@gmail.com and we will send it to you. Please put Parent Password in the subject line.

We are offering two very special adventures this summer. If you would like your child to participate, please complete the form

Riders Release Form*
If your child plans on riding horseback this summer, please complete the riding release form.

2010 Transportation Questionnaire
Provide us with the details of your arrival, flight numbers, dates, times, etc.
Please complete and return

Medical Form
All campers are required to fill out a medical history form.
Please take a moment to print out the forms and fill them out. There are a total of four pages.

Camp Meds Form
Only for campers who take prescription drugs during the summer.

Self Administered Medical Release form
For self administered medications (Epinephrine Pen, Asthma Inhaler and Insulin users only)

Credit Card Authorization form*
For incidental costs such as broken glasses, trips to the orthodontist, extra baggage fees, etc.

Camp Nashoba North has a long standing relationship with the vendors below. All offer products or services that are relevant to the summer camp experience.
