Summit Program
Camp Nashoba North is proud to continue offering the Summit Program for the 2010 summer. We are further excited to announce that we are the program to include 16 and 17 year olds.
The Summit Program is committed to community service and volunteerism and is designed to encourage and support public service and stewardship in young people.
Key elements of the program include:
- The opportunity to achieve up to 25 hours of team oriented community service with organizations such as the Appalachian Mountain Club, Habitat for Humanity, and the Good Shepherd Food Bank.
- The opportunity to develop and complete a Roots and Shoots service project for the benefit of the camp community.
- The opportunity, with our Junior Counselors & staff, to help prepare for Banquet.
- The opportunity to go on the Moxie Whitewater Rafting trip.
- The opportunity to participate in camp life, including daily activities and evening programs.
The dates for the 2010 summer are August 5 -19 and the tuition is $2,000.
