Download past issues of Smoke Signals newsletter. This is a great way to catch up on what has been happening during the off season.

Below are a list of the important forms and links from this past summer. Access to several of the forms and to the Nashoba North newsletter, Smoke Signals, is limited to enrolled families as are documents with a * next to them. They require a password for access. If you are an enrolled family and do not have the password please email us at nashobafun@gmail.com and we will send it to you. Please put Parent Password in the subject line.

Riders Release Form
If your child plans on riding horseback this summer, please complete the riding release form.

Parent Communication Policy
Information, resources and our policy with regards to camper and staff contact online. Please sign and return

Medical Form
All campers are required to fill out a medical history form.  Please take a moment to print out the forms and fill them out. There are a total of four pages.

Camp Meds Form
Only for campers who take prescription drugs during the summer.

Self Administered Medical Release form
For self administered medications (Epinephrine Pen, Asthma Inhaler and Insulin users only)

Transportation Questionnaire
To let us know how and when you’ll be arriving and departing.

Special Trips
For campers signing up for Moxie and/or Freeport.
